How It Works For Shoppers and Businesses

International shipping services are used when an item is sent from one country to another. The process of international shipping involves the use of different carriers and tools to transfer packages between countries. There are two different entities involved in the process shoppers and hosts. Buyers can be individuals or businesses who want to buy a product from another country, while hosts provide their addresses to receive the products and forward them to the purchaser.

Step 1

Select a Host

The first step is for a shopper to select a host. Hosts have signed up with an international shipping service and provide their addresses to receive packages from other countries. You only need to select the country from which you want to shop and select the host to forward your package wherever you want.

Step 2

Enter the package details

The next step is for the shopper to enter their package details. This includes the package's weight, size, and contents, as well as where it’s going and from which country. You will be able to see the shipping cost and the total cost of the package, including any taxes and fees.

Step 3

Get your package shipped!

Once the host has received the package and has checked it into their system, they will send you a confirmation email. The package will ship to your address. You can choose from various services and delivery methods, like express shipping and assisted customs clearance.

Step 4
Recieve your package in your country

Once you have received the shipping confirmation email, it’s time to start waiting. You should expect your package within a 1-2 days of being shipped. Your host will provide you with a tracking number to track your package's progress online. Once the package arrives in your country and has cleared customs, it will be delivered to your door. All you need to do is open it up and enjoy its content!
